How can something be "new" & "improved"? First day back to work & i feel like i was only gone for a week. I got on the devil machine today. Since 6 weeks ago I have gained 10 pounds. How depressing! At lunch i walked on the treadmill and it felt great. I gotta go cause my eyes kill from crying after watching grey's.
