I came back! I always find my way back sooner or later.
My life is wonderful! I have a grand daughter that is almost a year old. My kids are all teenagers now. I also have a wonderful man in my life.
Now why I came back... I wanted to write about weight loss or the lack of it. Yes my health is not horrible yet but I know that in 20 years it will be horrible. So I figured if I wrote about how lazy I have been and what junk I have been eating then just maybe I will work hard at changing my health.
