I decided tonight that I need to get on meds again. My anxieties are taking over big time. I dont know why I haven't seen it before but does explain a lot. I worry about everything all the time. I am always tense. I saw my Kim today so I will have to talk to her next week about this or I could just make an appointment with the kids's med doctor. I feel a little at ease now.
